About the Company
Established in 1993, Tristel is a global infection prevention business with headquarters in Cambridgeshire (UK). We have subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Our lead technology is a proprietary chlorine dioxide (ClO2) formulation.
We have two core product ranges:
- The Tristel Portfolio, for medical device decontamination in hospitals.
- The Cache Collection, for sporicidal surface disinfection in hospitals.

It is the objective of the UK Sales Team to promote existing products, introduce new products and maintain effective lines of communication with UK customers, so that sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Tristel H&S procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to with respect to the Sales department
- Promote existing products and introduce new products
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Keep detailed records of all contacts and activities through Salesforce
- Ensure through day-to-day management that the sales and customers service activities are implemented and maintained
- Carry out day-to-day sales and customer service as well as the duty to provide customers with current product information and ensuring customer needs are met
- Generation of appointments and effective terrrtory management
- Complete and submit relevant reports (pipeline, new/potential/loss business)
- Attend shows and exhibitions where necessary
- Adhere to deadlines set
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellant selling, negotiation and communications skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and proactive in their work
- Approachable
- Previous experience within a medical background
- Must be located within the M25 Corridor
Qualifications:
- No specific qualifications needed, however degree level education or similar level "qualification by experience" preferable
This role is also eligible for an annual £5k London waiting payment and a target driven bonus.
