Job Description

Elavon provides payment services for large and small businesses across Europe. Our Product team are constantly developing and refining our Product range to ensure we have the right products and positioning correctly in our target markets.

Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the product life cycle and complete three rotations of 8 months in our product innovation, product creation and commercialisation teams.

We’re looking for intellectually curious and creative thinkers who can think on their feet and thoughtfully react to a changing market.

  • Analytical – both verbal comprehension and numerical skills are required for the analytical aspects of this role. You will learn to understand and summarise the concepts that sit behind new technologies as well and deliver numerical analysis on market size or commercial business cases.

  • Proactivity – you will work proactively to understand Elavon’s existing products and explore new and emerging products in the payment space.

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a target completion date of May 2023

  • Solid understanding of financial and payments market

  • Ability to start graduate program on Sept 4, 2023


Preferred qualifications:

  • Achieving min 2.1 Bachelor's degree

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of financial and technology

  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints

  • Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and contribute within a dynamic team environment

  • Attention to detail
