Vivienne Westwood is looking for a UK E-com Logistics Specialist to join the Logistics team in the warehouse in Merton, on a full time basis.
The main purpose of role is to supervise 3PL operator for B2C inbound and outbound operations for the UK market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing the warehouse with pre-advices of inbound B2C stock from suppliers and IT warehouse. If needed, organising delivery and pick-up with VW’s carriers/couriers of choice,
- Supervising that stock is uploaded in the agreed time frame and reporting any discrepancies (missing or overdelivered stock) to the relevant supplier/VW team member,
- Supporting the logistics manager in monitoring warehouse’s performance and relevant KPIs,
- Planning and prioritizing the P&P of E-com orders based on service levels,
- Creating a daily report with orders picked and packed to be shared with E-com team,
- Monitoring returns and providing E-com customer care with the relevant reports,
- Liaising daily with the warehouse to ensure that all B2C orders are correctly shipped out,
- Monitoring delivery status of B2C orders through the TMS platform, liasing with E-com customer service and intervening with relevant couriers in case of any issue (delays, missing document shipments’ issues),
- Supporting the logistics coordinator with weekly cycle counts of E-com stock and issuing relevant reports for finance and logistics,
- Supporting the logistics coordinator with yearly stock-take in 3PL warehouse and issuing all relevant reports in the timeframe requested by management,
- Carrying out regular weekly visits to 3PL warehouse to monitor operations,
- Attending weekly meeting with logistics department for updates on operations.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
- At least 3 years experience in E-commerce logistics operations,
- Exposure to ERP system and WMS is an advantage,
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills,
- Highly motivated and confident in working independently, with a strong sense of responsibility, but also a team player,
- Agile and flexible with day-to-day demands,
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
- Proactive and results driven,
- Able to multitask and with high attention to detail.
