This full time role is the perfect opportunity for a Merchandise Admin Assistant who has a passion for all things active. It’s an amazing opportunity to work in an upscaling dynamic business, across multiple product categories. The MAA will work closely with Buying/Product Development. The role reports into the Assistant Merchandiser.
Tasks
Day to day you will:
Data Management & Purchase Orders
- You will be responsible for ensuring all data is maintained accurately and consistently across our systems and master records, allocating skus and barcodes and updating our accounting system in good time
- Raise Purchase Orders (New and repeat) in line with the range plan and sizing documents
- Input orders into the delivery schedule
- Help produce trade reports, and work with the AM to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
- Update Line cards on Core lines and review with AM
- Update and maintain the delivery schedule and communicate weekly to the business
- Any Adhoc analysis required by the business
- Working with our Digital Product manager and Brand team you will ensure all new products are setup on our online store in good time for planned launches and where necessary setup within our pre order system.
- Carry out routine housekeeping of the online store, archiving discontinued styles, hiding unused pages and maintaining product collections ensuring they have a logical order and bestsellers are easy to find.
- Manage URL redirects to minimise 404 errors and improve customer experience.
- Maintain multi currency price lists and action seasonal price changes when needed.
- Use Trade reports to propose updates and changes to the website to improve trade
- Monitor the website on a daily basis to improve the customer experience e,g solutions to out of stocks, new in page, best sellers not easily found.
- Load Sale and promotions into Shopify
- Build and maintain sale page with guidance from the AM to maximise sales
- Own Sale reporting
- Work with the AM on the Sale proposal
You should:
- Be super organised, able to prioritise and use initiative.
- Be numerical with excellent attention to detail
- Have an analytical and commercially driven mindset
- Comfortable working with large data sets and be able to navigate Excel and Spreadsheets comfortably
- Be comfortable working in a startup environment: working lean and quickly, being hands on and willing to get your hands dirty, working well both autonomously and collaboratively.
