You will work with a variety of colleagues across the UK, to understand business needs, perform user research, interpret data, test, and implement ideas that drive the adoption of our key technology.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Explore digital tools that are being used or explored across our firm, to understand features and functions and how they differ from competing products.
  • Perform targeted user research, to identify opportunities and barriers for digital adoption, from an employee perspective.
  • Work with colleagues across different functions, to hack and implement ideas that improve the employee experience and increase adoption of our key technology.
  • Identify, review, and interpret adoption data for existing tools, to form insights into potential barriers to adoption.
  • Support the UK Digital Adoption Lead to develop and manage an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

Essentials

  • Experience in Digital/Technology Adoption or Business Analysis in a role centered around improving user or employee experience.
  • Exposure or familiarity with User Research or Design Thinking methods and practices.
  • Ability to understand high level business processes and problems, and present solutions and options.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, challenge and present complex information to colleagues at all levels of the firm.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with gravitas to gain credibility and trust at all levels, and the ability to challenge where required.
  • Ability to work independently and with others in an open, friendly, flexible, and facilitating manner.
  • Confident and comfortable to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to both develop individually in a lead role and support the UK Digital Adoption Lead to continually review and develop team methodology and ensure a positive perception of the team.

Desirables

  • Proven track record of working in a complex, matrixed or multi-faceted environment.
  • Experience in Data Analysis.
  • Qualifications in Business Analysis, User Research, User Experience or Design Thinking.
