Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software solutions to healthcare organisations and be passionate about improving the quality of care delivered to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for the company in the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare organisations to promote our quality management system.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers that effectively communicate the value of our platform.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the UK (public and private) healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Experience selling to hospitals and healthcare organizations is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare quality management and accreditation processes is a plus.

Location:
UK (Remote); most of our work is currently remote but in time there might be an expectation to travel to client site
