What’s the Job?
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the long-term relationship with some of the most prestigious motorsport Teams & Venues on the grid and their partners.
You will take full ownership of the day-to-day communications between Castore and the Team, ensuring service levels are upheld and their briefs are delivered. The most essential part would be to manage the team’s expectations and regularly updating them and Castore’s internal departments. This will include Product Development timelines, sign off procedures, status updates on product deliveries and many other tasks that require your constant oversight to share updates regularly with the Team.
You will build effective relationships with the internal business unit including Design, Product, Operations, Merchandising, Sales, and Ecommerce to ensure the Team’s requirements are met as well as working to strict deadlines both internally and externally. Therefore, effective communication and organisational skills are essential to ensure a world class service.
You will be part of a tightknit Motorsport Team dealing with the biggest International brands in the world on a daily basis.

What will I do?
Customer Relationship & Management (80%)
- Create and develop long term business relationships with a high profile global F1 Team and their partners.
- Become the internal ‘encyclopaedia’ by knowing every detail of each product and task across the business associated with the Team.
- Regularly scheduling and leading update meetings with the Team, in order to pro-actively keep them informed of the development of various tasks.
- Look to avoid the Team having to chase for information
Partnership Development (20%)
- Working closely with the partnered F1 Team to spot and grow opportunities that help strengthen the partnership between Castore and the Team
- Embracing the Castore ethos of Better Never Stops, by always looking to improve processes and efficiencies that lead to enhanced partnership relations.
Key Tasks:
- Manage the day to day running of Castore x Partner(s) and their demands.
- Provide the highest quality account management service to the Team in order to assist, update and drive an extensive and varied list of tasks
- Manage the Team’s expectations in line with business capabilities
- To report regularly into Brand Director of Motorsport on progress
- Management of internal teams to help facilitate tasks and achieve timely deliveries
- Huge emphasis of managing Internal & Exteranl expectations
- General administrative support to share accurate information to all stake holders
