ROLE: UK and Europe Sales Manager
LOCATION: UK HQ is based Clitheroe. Would require monthly visits.
Hybrid/Remote working plus International Travel.
Homebase can be Midlands / Cheshire / Lancashire / Yorkshire
SALARY: Circa £65’000 basic plus Bonus + Car
OTE dependent on performance £100’000 upwards

We are currently searching for a UK and Europe Sales Manager to join the team leading and developing the customer experience and sales teams across UK, France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Sweden and Norway. Other countries will be considered due to expansion and market development.

UK and Europe Sales Manager - Key skills:

- Delivering innovative ideas and solutions to aid business growth.
- There is headroom to develop and progress within the business.
- Sales experience in an Engineering based business is key.
- An interest in Powder handling would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
- You will communicate cross functionally across Engineering/Technical Drawing/Design/Project Management and Fitting team to ensure the business is supported in all sales areas.
- European travel is required.
- Network with colleagues across Germany, UK and USA.
- Strong technical knowledge within the engineering sector particularly in mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
- Ideally Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree.
- Strong B2B career experience in a results focused role.
