What will your role be?

We are seeking an innovative UI/UX designer to take responsibility for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for our many development projects. We are looking for somebody who can create both functional and appealing features that stylishly address our clients' needs.

The chosen candidate will demonstrate a deep passion for delivering flexible and imaginative solutions to UI/UX design hurdles. This will be accomplished by staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

What will you be doing?

  • Being a great team player working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, customers and external design teams to best realise customer needs.Producing high-quality UX design solutions through visual and graphic designs, wireframes, page mockups, site maps, and prototypes.Designing UI elements and tools such as icons, navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
  • Ensuring designs are properly responsive across desktop & mobile platforms.
  • Buildinging and refining style guides and design systems.
  • Organising the design pipeline so that developers and stakeholders know the current state of any given design.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX best practices.
  • On occasion, engaging in other graphic design activities such as icon and logo design or marketing materials.

This may be you if:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with professional design tools: Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD), Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Experience in adhering to style guides and standards.
  • Have creative ideas, open to constructive criticism and have a problem solving mindset.
