About the Role:
Do you have an infinity with UAT testing and want to deliver exciting digital projects for a leading travel business? This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team creating an enhanced omnichannel proposition for our customers.
To be successful in the UAT Test Analyst role you will be a subject matter expert on research methodology and analysis to drive strategic decision-making for the Society.
About the role
As an owner and manager of travel-related IT projects, you will be integral to putting the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.
The UAT Test Analyst will operate as the right-hand of the Omni Channel Systems Analyst to ensure that all testing activities and deliverables are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.

This role is part of a team based from our Travel Head Office in Walsall, with a mix of working from home and in the office.
Please see the below an indication of a timetable we are hoping to work towards, although dates are subject to change.
- Work with the Business and Project teams to agree and plan user acceptance tests.
- Determine all testing requirements and setup tools and ways of working.
- Work with the project managers to plan pilots and deployments.
- Agree test plan development and test execution to ensure that testing is on time.
- Measure and monitor progress during each test to ensure that the Network is tested, validated, and piloted on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Highlight any defects and communicate required outcomes for acceptance.
- Provide summaries or dashboard visualisations for testing
- Ensure that testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach.
- Review test, validation, and pilot results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.

About You:
- Experience of running testing with multi release and geography test cycles
- Good understanding of User Acceptance Testing practices across all areas: functional and UX
- Excellent analytical skills including an ability to analyse and structure data into meaningful reports.
- Experience of working in waterfall and agile IT development environments
