Salary: £16,204 - £18,010

We have an exciting opportunity for existing staff as a Skills Tutor supporting our level 1 learners in carpentry across our Kings Lynn and Wisbech sites. We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 37 days per year for support staff, plus five College closure days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time and factored into salary for part year roles as leave is deemed to be taken during college closure periods), fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Teachers' Pension Scheme (current employer contribution is 23.68%), discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme. CWA focusses on staff well-being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well-being committee and access to a free and confidential counselling telephone line as well as comprehensive training and development.
