Are you a dedicated Live in carer, seeking an ongoing 1:1 role, providing quality care within a patient own home?

Innovate Care Group provides support to adults and children with complex care needs within their own homes. We enable our clients to remain comfortable within their home environments, whilst being cared for by professional and highly trained Healthcare Workers and Registered Nurses. Innovate Care are looking for experienced Complex Care- Live in carers to support a young man who suffered a spinal cord injury. It is desirable but not essential that the right candidate should be familiar with autonomic dysreflexia, manual evacuation and bowel management, catheter care, hoisting and medication administration. We would be happy to support anyone without a background in these interventions with training for this new opportunity.

Our client is studying engineering and completes his studies at home however he does attend his workplace office in Central London once a week. As a Live in care assistant, you will support our client to access the community and his workplace whilst promoting his independence. The ideal candidate should be energetic, patient, flexible and have the ability to motivate him if he is having a low mood day.

Driving Licence needed for this role.

Shift pattern & Role

1 week on/1week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

  • Spinal Cord Injury/Autonomic dysreflexia /Catheter Care/Bowel Management
