Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant – IT – 360 OR New Business
£25,000 - £40,000 Basic (DoE) + Excellent Uncapped Commission + Quarter and Annual Bonuses
Location: Woking, Surrey

The Job
- You will be provided with the latest platforms and technologies to enable you to build your market knowledge, reach prospects / top talent and build your presence
- You will win new business opportunities and nurture clients
- Build a specialist division within the Data and Analytics industry
- Manage client relationships, including the full recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate internal resources to aid you in delivering the perfect solutions to your clients
- Our highly refined marketing department will support your client development and candidate attraction, providing you with prospects to nurture and develop successful business relationships
The rewards
£25,000 - £40,000 Basic depending on experience * extremely competitive and lucrative uncapped monthly commission plan * quarter and annual bonuses – uncapped percentage of revenue on top on monthly commissions * quarterly team incentives including trips abroad and VIP treatment at sporting events * individual incentives; we´re not all motivated by the same things and so rewards are tailored to what floats your boat!
