We are looking for Customer Support Specialist - English/Turkish Speaking for one of the leading companies in the technology sector.

· You will learn how technology market works by keeping yourself updated with our newly arrived products, promotions, and other services, and relay them in a friendly manner to our customers.

· You will do translation work, research, bringing your ideas on how to improve the product, and in general bring good charisma to the team!

· This is a newly established team you will be part of allowing you to make a difference in how the team grows and have close contact with country managers, team members, and other company parties.

Requirements
· You need to be fluent bot with written and spoken in English and Turkish

· Good problem solver and highly skilled on deploying good solutions for the customer.
Previous employment in the i-gaming industry is not required but is preferred.

· Multitasking is something we constantly do as the product is changing on a daily basis, which keeps the job varied and fun - but ultimately does require some focus and drive.

· We hope you have worked with service or hospitality before.

· If you understand any more languages - that is greatly sought after.
