The SEO & Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for increasing conversion over Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You will be running the SEO & Paid social Media strategy and will be involved in account management and reporting for clients.
This SEO & Paid Media role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in scaling and managing paid social accounts, ideally with experience in Facebook advertising.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across all social channels.
We need this person to be adaptable, driven, creative and would thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. The SEO & Paid Social Media Specialist will have experience of managing paid social campaigns across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest and be a strategic thinker, with a strong ability to optimise accounts and analyse data.
Duties include:
- Managing implementation and optimization of paid social activities across different social platforms.
- Manage changes and trends.
- Manage and optimise all paid social activities.
- Ensure campaigns are created in-line with KPIs
- Action day-to-day tasks including ad creation, audience development, analysis and extensive testing across new and existing campaigns
- Ensure campaign budgets are utilised effectively
- Support the Paid Media team with weekly and monthly reporting
- Explore ways to scale reach on a portfolio of clients
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through exceptional quality of work
- Researching and recommending advertising platforms
- Conducting in-depth keyword research
- Creating campaign outlines
- Writing compelling ad copy
- Coming up with concepts for and briefing visual ad creative into designer
- Building campaigns - most commonly Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Hands-on management of campaigns, including regular campaign maintenance, tweaking and optimising to meet and exceed client expectations
- Closely monitoring budgets and providing recommendations based on forecasting
- Carrying out paid media and SEO audits
- Writing SEO meta data
- Client communications - email and video call
- Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting as required
- Flagging any opportunities or causes of concern to the Paid Media & SEO Manager
- Keeping on top of the latest platform changes and best practices, sharing knowledge with the wider team
Key skills:
- SEO
- Paid Social or paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Facebook, Twitter and Instagram experience.
- Google Analytics
- Facebook business manager experience.
- Extensive experience optimizing paid social campaigns to meet objectives.
- Problem solving

- Passionate and ready to develop themselves further
- Experience across several different clients or industries.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Initially we would prefer the candidate to be office based 1 - 3 days a month so they can fully integrate with the team, receive training and office support. Moving forwards, you will have the flexibility to work from home with one visit to the office a month.
It is essential that all candidates have first class communication skills – both written and verbal, great team working skills, well organised, show initiative, logical thinker, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
