JOB TITLE: Tube Stations Cleaning Operative
LOCATION: Any London underground stations
CONTRACT: Full time; Permanent- 42 hours w week
PAY RATE : £11.05 per hour
SHIFT PATTERN AND WORKING HOURS: 5 nights OVER 7 including weekdays and weekends; day off will vary
23:00-07:00
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
We are looking for Cleaning Operatives who will join our onsite team and provide high standard cleaning services at any underground station across London, on either full-time or part time basis. Overtime will also be available should you wish to work additional hours. Our team consists of enthusiastic and motivated individuals, who contribute to making a fun and friendly working environment. It would be great to welcome you in our ABM family!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Carrying out any cleaning related duties inside and outside the station such as emptying BINS, mopping, sweeping the floor, litter picking etc.
- Ensuring that platforms, escalators, corridors, and welfare etc. are well maintained and all cleaning equipment is secure.
- Using chemicals to clean effectively and efficiently.
- Being responsive to any spillages and callouts from the clients
- Promoting a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
