THE ROLE
Working as part of a small team to provide supplier management to ensure on time trucking services worldwide across 700 routes with an overall annual budget of £26m.
Ensuring IAGC benefits from on-time performance, safe and secure worldwide trucking services which run to effective and timely schedules in addition to providing access to ad hoc levels of capacity when required. At the same time, ensuring that effective financial controls and governance are in place.

Experience

- Proven ability to analyse data and make clear recommendations to the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in cargo commercial areas and supplier management is ideally preferred
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data and present findings concisely with insightful commentary
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
- Proven rapid analysis and decision-making
- Information acquisition, consolidation, and evaluation
- Clearly identifies and concentrates on activities where effort applied will make a real difference
- Able to manage conflicting and changing demands in a high-pressure environment
- Systems literate including expertise in using Excel and data exploitation tools such as Tableau (or a proven aptitude to learn)
