Job description
Salary: £26,960 p/h plus Veolia benefits, plus overtime (Potential Earnings up to £32,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:30
Location: Merton, SM4 4AX

- Join us today and you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus - £1,500
- £450 in seasonal payments
- £40 weekly bonus for attendance, driving safely and completing your workload which is an extra £2080 per year!
- Potential to join the winter maintenance service to receive an additional £1,622 per annum for being on standby, if you are called out then there will be overtime paid per callout

What will you be doing?
- Driving to planned collection locations and loading refuse into truck.
- Helping out loading and unloading vehicles when required
- Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.
- Using onboard technology to complete work notes.
- Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads.
- Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up.
What are we looking for?
- Class 2 License
- An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
- A can-do attitude and good time-management skills.
- Being a team player is key to ensuring our collections run smoothly.
