Due to continued growth year on year, we have a BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITY for a Project Delivery Manager to join our IT team in Warrington!
Ideally you will be proactive and technically-minded as you will be working with customers and internal clients to understand their requirements, translating them to best in class technology solutions. You will also work with our third party solution providers to build detailed development scope documents, translating customer and internal business requirements into a working software solution.
Shifts: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Main responsibilities of a Project Delivery Manager will include:
- Lead meetings for any new business projects which require development within current applications
- Understand business project needs to build the correct scope for the project
- Manage and maintain the development project plan, updating the business on a regular basis with progress
- Manage issue logs, risk registers, benefits documents and any other required documentation associated with the various projects
- Ensure milestones are met and challenges are managed and reported to the business within any given project
- Assist with the production of testing plans and work closely with the BAU Support team and Business Analysts within the team
- Work within and manage budget constraints
- Produce business KPI’s to measure improvement and performance
In order to be a successful Project Delivery Manager, you will have:
- Prior experience using GTS and other system solutions [GTS essential, MS Excel essential, Microlise preferable, Visio advantageous]
- A proven track record of managing and delivering business projects
- Previous experience of leading large teams and working directly through one or more subordinates, with the ability to manage staff and their improvement
- An overall understanding of the various business sectors i.e. customer services, planning, operations, etc would be a great benefit
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be detail conscious
- Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail
