We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our Self-Pay team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ). We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus a significant bonus scheme and a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and high performing sales/customer service professional to join the London Clinic’s new Self-Pay team at an exciting point where the team is expanding.
The Self-Pay Advisor’s primary responsibility will be to demonstrate will be to achieve sales based individual and team targets, that drive self-pay revenue growth.
The postholder will be expected to follow up on all patient enquiries and booked appointments, with a personable and sales lead management approach, to proactively handle all self-funding enquiries quickly and efficiently, providing comprehensive information on self-funding services provided at The London Clinic. The aim will be to secure initial new patient appointments (as appropriate) and ensuring the patient is fully informed and, where surgery is required, able to progress to surgery at The London Clinic.
Working with the pricing team will be key to this role, in order to provide accurate, professional pricing guidance and documentation in response to enquiries received via telephone and email from Patients, Consultants, their secretaries and other key stakeholders as required.
- Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
9am – 5.30pm with flexibility required around early mornings, evenings and weekends as per the needs of the business.
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + target related bonus
- Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) – this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties
- Respond to enquiries from patients received via telephone, email and through The London Clinic’s website in a timely and professional fashion in line with team KPI’s
- Handle patient and all other enquiries in an empathetic, knowledgeable and professional manner, ensuring customers feel safe, informed and supported
- Provide guidance to patients on the most appropriate/available Consultant to assist them based on the nature of their enquiry / medical condition
- Encourage patients to progress to booking a convenient appointment wherever possible and guide the patient through their journey to diagnostics and surgery through the use of soft-sales techniques
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service / sales role, ideally in a phone-based environment
- Experience using CRM / enquiry management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an office-based sale / consultative sales or customer service role would be a great advantage
