We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Supported Living Support Workers to join our team here at iBC Healthcare within our Leicester team in the following locations of LE2, LE3 and LE19.

Pay: £10.00 per hour to £10.20 an hour depending on which location you work at.

Shifts: Days and Nights available

Hours: 25 - 40 hours a week

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment, enabling them to achieve real dreams, goals, and aspirations for their overall well-being.
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
