Role Overview
The Treatment Coordinator will help enhance the patient experience and safeguard patient care: To be the customer point of contact with the practice and ensure a cohesive patient journey through all the areas of the practice. The Treatment Coordinator will champion the customer experience with all team members and to provide essential support services to our specialists.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments.
- Maximise treatment conversion in the practice. Maintain the highest levels of communication regarding treatment plans and financial options, educate on preventative care and convert treatment plans into income.
- Confidently discuss the treatment and the fees involved to enable the dentist to focus on delivering dental treatment, embracing the use of patient finance to support their choice in the way they finance their treatment, whilst also supporting the adaptation of the treatment plan to the cost constraints of the patient
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries for patients considering specialist treatments in a positive, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Manage patient complaints, record them appropriately and resolve them ensuring the best possible outcome.

- Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focussed customer service
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and put people at ease
- Care and empathy, people will be visiting with a variety of health concerns and you’ll need to provide a compassionate service
- Great time management and flexibility, you’ll need to switch tasks and support where needed throughout your shift
- Excellent attention to detail

Crossrail Plc is our Flagship Centre, opened in 2015 it’s a purpose-built Health and Wellness Centre located within the Crossrail Station.
