Full Time - Lymington based with requirement to travel
£45,000- £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

This role is primarily based at our office in Lymington, Hampshire with remote working available. There will also be an element of travel involved to sites within the UK, Ireland and Europe as required. This will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Project Manager reporting into the Head of Infrastructure. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of maintenance related activities on the Shared Access Estate across all portfolios and countries to the highest of standards.
The role is required to be reactive to problems but to proactively aim to prevent future issues from occurring across the Estate. The Project Manager will oversee an agreed budget with the intention to reduce the total expenditure on a year-on-year basis. The Project Manager will work on site specific problems but also oversee special projects within the portfolio.
Their goal is to provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders in managing our Estate of Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing issues and deciding if additional works need to be instructed
- Instructing works with maintenance suppliers
- Project managing the works in question with site visits often required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on works that affect their projects
- Reviewing and approving HOPs following the completion of works
- Maintaining the accuracy of information in Salesforce (CRM) and SharePoint
- Managing all Maintenance related issues
- Producing and issuing department reporting
- Ensuring Health and Safety is delivered to the highest standards
