Job description

We are really excited to be expanding our Sales team and are looking for experienced and Travel Specialists to join us! A critical point of the customer journey, your role would be creating incredible itineraries for our clients, understanding what 'unique' means to them and designing breath-taking, multi-component experiences that give them everything they've dreamed of.

The perfect candidate will have long-haul, expert destination knowledge and be confident in pricing, booking systems, quote delivery and landing sales. Most of all you will be customer-obsessed, able to provide a fantastic end-to-end travel planning experience for each of our clients as they get ready to book a holiday of a lifetime!

The Role

  • Contacting leads, building great relationships with clients and helping them to understand where in the world meets their exacting requirements. Able to build quotes and book clients with ease.
  • Tailor-make each itinerary based on customer requirements, finding them the best deals and looking for the added extras that will turn each trip into something truly special.
  • Create inspiring content for each itinerary to really transport our customers to the destination and experiences they will have when they get there.
  • Able to use expert communication skills to convey your genuine passion for travel that will inspire customers.
  • Highly organised, delivering consistently quality service for clients and manage your lead pipeline to achieve your monthly targets.

Hours

  • This is a full time, permanent role, with some weekend and evening work, with days given back in lieu.
  • Hybrid working (possible remote for exceptional experience), however first 3 months training in our London HQ Office on a daily basis.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling tailor-made travel.
  • Well-travelled and passionate about the world - sharing our mission to support and protect the planet, wildlife, and local communities.
  • Able to converse and create articulate travel content, working with our unique technology to deliver inspirational itineraries for clients in a fraction of the time.
  • Results driven, always looking to smash through monthly targets.
  • Proven sales ability.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
