Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Executives with experience in digital transformation and a solid network within financial services and insurance firms.

Role Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, nurture and qualify new business opportunities in our target clients group.
- Work closely with clients to understand and identify their needs and challenges from a technology and financial services perspective.
- Develop a strong understanding of our practices and capabilities and recommend solutions to our clients, working with our practice leads and subject matter experts.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts and marketing materials.
- Work closely with clients to close, retain and grow our business with them.
- Build and maintain long lasting relationships with client senior stakeholders.
- Keep our CRM up to date with opportunities, forecasts and sales activities.
Skills and Background Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of building pipeline and closing business in a services-focused firm.
- Experience in lead generation using a multitude of channels (i.e LinkedIn, phone, email and through industry events)
- Familiarity with digital transformation, including Engineering, Architecture and Project Management.
- An understanding of other associated business areas, such as recruitment and human resources.
- Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
