Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Executives with experience in digital transformation and a solid network within financial services and insurance firms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, nurture and qualify new business opportunities in our target clients group.
  • Work closely with clients to understand and identify their needs and challenges from a technology and financial services perspective.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our practices and capabilities and recommend solutions to our clients, working with our practice leads and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with clients to close, retain and grow our business with them.
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with client senior stakeholders.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with opportunities, forecasts and sales activities.

Skills and Background Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of building pipeline and closing business in a services-focused firm.
  • Experience in lead generation using a multitude of channels (i.e LinkedIn, phone, email and through industry events)
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, including Engineering, Architecture and Project Management.
  • An understanding of other associated business areas, such as recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
