Fred.\\ Holidays, the Tour Operation arm of Fred. Olsen Travel, specialises in tailor-made holidays through distinct sales areas including; European Land, Rail Journeys, Ocean Cruises and River Cruises. Each product is hand crafted by our specialist sales team adapting the holiday to the customers’ requirements, this includes hotel rating and location, UK departure points, inclusive activities, multi-centre stays and more.
The Fred.\\ Holidays tour operation supports both the trade and direct consumer through its ability to tailor-make each and every holiday style. We are now in a position to recruit a new Travel Specialist to join our Reservations team.
With the expansion of our product portfolio, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for travel and creating holidays. This passion should extend into a drive to convert sales leads into bookings with an aim to achieve and exceed department targets at every possible opportunity.
As a member of this fast-paced team, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador to the Fred.\\ Tour Operation through their sales delivery across our product portfolio, whilst maintaining high customer service standards and income levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging holidays in one or more of our specialist areas:
- Land Holidays
- Rail Holidays
- River Cruise Holidays
- Ocean Cruise Holidays
This is a full time position working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00) whilst being based at our Ipswich Head Office, which offers free onsite parking. For this position we are also open to remote home working candidates who have experience in the above specialist areas.
