The team are looking for a Travel Support Assistant to work in our offices in St Pancras Railway Station. The purpose of the role is to meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, and to provide support to Tour Managers on arrival at St Pancras department office prior to their journey on the Eurostar.
Key responsibilities are:
- Ensure the Department Office is well presented, tidy and welcoming at least 2 hours prior to the first department.
- Prepare the relevant reports for the days tour departures.
- Monitoring Eurostar live departments and supplying Tour Managers with the relevant information.
- Action security checks and log as required.
- Contact any customers who have not checked in and liaise with Tour Manager as appropriate.
- Provide support when Operation issues arise.
- Complete departure reports and disseminate.
- Escort the group to the initial destination if required.
- Must be available for 05:45am start at St Pancras.
