Evening Shift Loader - £11.94 per hour, working a 4 ½ Day Week
We are looking for an Evening Shift Sawyer at Glazerite (East) Ltd, Werrington, Peterborough.

Pay:
- Minimum hourly starting rate of £11.94 (which includes an unsocial hours’ allowance in respect of hours worked from 5:00pm to midnight).
- Weekly paid.
Key responsibilities:
- To load the lorries safely and efficiently to ensure deliveries leave on time and arrive with the customer when expected.
- Scan all manufactured and brought in items before loading.
- Liaise with colleagues in other departments, particularly quality control, to progress chasing missing items for delivery.
- Other duties as reasonably required by the Company.
Person Specification:
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a small team.
- Ability to work with others in different teams to ensure loading is completed promptly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to cover the Supervisor/Manager’s workload as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however is not essential.
Qualifications/Licences:
- A driving licence is advantageous for this role.
Hours of work:
- Whilst the standard hours for the role are 12:00pm until 8:30pm from Monday to Friday, loaders are required to be flexible in their working hours and to work overtime, including at weekends, earlier starts and later finishes where necessary.
