About us
Edinburgh Street Food is to be our first 7 day a week Street Food operation, we have expansion plans to open another 5 across the UK.
Situated on Greenside Place at the Omni Centre this 900m2 operation will be home to 10 Street Food operators, 3 bars and seating for up to 500 people across internal + external seating areas. We are committed to hosting upwards of 150 events per year and project footfall of upwards of 400,000 per year.

Edinburgh Street Food are looking for skilled Bartenders with experience in a high-volume environment and who are excited by the prospect of delivering a best in class offer and experience for our guests. You need to be passionate about wine & cocktails and have a genuine interest in furthering your career.
As Bartender, you will need to know your negronis from your martinis to provide the first-class service our guests expect. You will also need good wine knowledge.

You will need to comfortable and effective working as part of a team and independently. This role requires a self-starter, who is always on the lookout for ways to improve their existing work or to discover new opportunities. This is a service-based role, and you need to be at home delivering best in class experiences.
What’s in a day?
In this role, you will be on the frontline constantly handcrafting fantastic products from the most delectable Martini to the perfect Gin + Tonic. Your skills will be continually in demand from a high number of customers who demand excellent service and experience as the norm.
Your job is to assist in the delivery a diverse and interesting ‘wet’ operation and to make sure that the world wants to be seen experiencing it and you will do that by being part of an operation everyone else wants to be part of.
Creating and delivering a drinks experience that work in tandem with our partner vendors but that stand on its own 2 feet. Our guests and teams will look to as a trusted source of knowledge, constantly challenging us all to be better and deliver nothing other than the best.
What things can I expect to be involved in?
Guest Experience – frontline service delivery always aiming to continuously improve guest experience and satisfaction.
Health & Safety - be aware of any legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health and safety and fire procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to, knowing your responsibilities within H&S, ensure a safe workplace, identify maintenance activity required to uphold standards
What sort of hours will I work?
All our Operations Team will work an average of 40 hours per week, at certain times of the year you may be asked to work more but we always give you the time back. Our operation runs from 1100 and often until 0100 (during August this may differ)
