Your role: The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst will provide high-quality, end-to-end support for expense processing, audit, business travel and corporate card administration. Here you’ll get to: Monitor and analyse reports to identify duplicate expenses entered by employees Coordinate with employees for reimbursements to the company Audit reports to verify whether supporting documentation is in compliance with expense line Compile period-end reports (Concur, Credit Card Company, Corporate Budget) to conduct trend analysis and budget to actual comparison for T&E Process all checks for reimbursements to the company, including personal charges, and cash advances Assist with answering general end user inquires through ticket-based portal Coordinate and lead training sessions for end user training on profile set up, travel, expense, reporting etc. Manage corporate card program, create, and submit reimbursement requests, as well as conduct audit expense reports Build relationships with business finance teams to promote transparency of T&E spend Periodically present updates on projects and trends to team leaders Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed Identify cost reduction opportunities based on spend activity Complete expense audits and action user inquiries in a timely manner Ensure compliance with in-policy rates for travel bookings Ensure global and local T&E policies are adhered to, rejecting any claims that do not meet reimbursement criteria About you: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Knowledge of SAP and Concur is preferred Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure Detail oriented About us: As the home to Asylum, Atlantic, East West, Elektra, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
