About the role
Working within a small team and directly with the founders, you'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries and hitting challenging sales targets, all while being a force for positivity and making our customers happy.
Key responsibilities:
- Take inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert enquiries into bookings.
- Deliver world-class customer service along the way.
- Muck in where needed on other tasks. We're a small team with big goals and lots to do and there'll be times when there are all hands on deck.
Who you are:
- Passionate about ski and mountain holidays.
- You have some sales experience.
- Great communication skills.
- A positive mindset.
- A desire to provide excellent customer service.
- A flexible approach to work, and being OK with the ambiguity that comes with a new business learning fast.
- Willing to work weekends. We do our best to keep weekend work to a minimum, but in our peak season, we need to be there for our customers.
