- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities to and within the USA and Canada
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with current travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of all travel bookings
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the USA and Canada
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and other travel-related software
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
