About the Role
This role will encompass a range of key customer service activities and support across our functions.
The position sits within the existing fast paced and high growth support desk where you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via call, email and eChat. Agents will be responsible for managing the completion of end-to-end activities to SLA, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
