We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with advice and assistance on travel arrangements, including bespoke itineries around the world, package holidays, city breaks. flights, car rentals, and other related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, have a passion for travel, be able to work independently and have a good geographical awareness. The Travel Consultant must also be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on travel arrangements, such as visas, accommodation, and transportation.
- Provide information on destinations, tourist attractions, and cultural activities.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel services for customers.
- Develop travel itineraries that meet customer needs and budgets.
- Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations and industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Hit personal monthly sales target.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
