We are looking for a talented Transport Administrator to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Huddersfield.
This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday.
Salary is £26,500
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Deal with customer escalations
- Match goods in and corresponding paperwork
- Office admin, Filing.
- Arranging outbound collections.
- Prepare reports.
- Custom compliance processes, domestic and international
- Transport related procedures and complete forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
- Working knowledge of international transportation, including import/export documentation for Airfreight, Ocean, and Road.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as being flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and organize shipments for export.
- Working within a booking system Oracle SAP etc
- Attention to detail to establish continuity in processes and standardization.
