As Director of the Hand Fellowship at Agile Physical Therapy you: continually strive for excellence, enjoy collaborating with co-workers and related disciplines, will be part of a family of experienced, skilled providers including CHT, OCS, SCS, ATC, CSCS, WCS, and FAAOMPTs.
Requirements:
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with a minimum of 2 years experience treating upper extremity diagnoses.
- Passion and experience inteaching, leadership, mentoring, and clinical care; including exercise, patient education, and manual therapy.
- Active CA licensure
- Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Strong organizational, people, and communication skills
Partial position description:
- 85% patient care; 15% dedicated management time
- Responsible for overall operation, growth and development of the fellowship program, its participants, and its faculty reporting to the Education Director quarterly
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring new candidates (faculty and fellows-in-training) in conjunction with program faculty and relevant clinical and operations managers in compliance with Agile’s hiring process.
- Oversee a process of continuous quality improvement of the fellowship program to ensure educational and clinical excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
