Position: Transport Shift Manager
Location: Gloucester - GL3 4AQ
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, Rotational shifts starting between 04:30am/10:00am (8 hour shift)

- Establish and exceed the site target KPI's for both the customer OTIF and business metrics
- Observation and review to ensure required standards are maintained and that best practice is captured and implemented on a side wide basis
- Coaching and lead induction reviews for all new employees

- Multi skilled in a number of operational areas (legal compliance, systems knowledge - Microlise and TMS and Smiths)
- Ability to teach and coach
