About Us

Covering the major dairy farming areas from Central Scotland all the way down the UK to Cornwall, our main business is the manufacture and supply of ruminant compound feeds and blends.
What the candidate needs to be successful:
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team in a logistics environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly customer focused
- Have a proactive approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure targets and KPI‘S are delivered
- CPC Holder desirable
A bit about the job:
- Management, maintenance and monitoring of all KPIs for the logistics functions, improving upon these where necessary.
- Manage a small team effectively and efficiently as well as personally contributing to the operation
- Managing a fleet of vehicles
- Working to ensure customer satisfaction and lead times are met
- Monthly cost control reports
- Prioritise a safe working culture through leadership on HSE processes

Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
