Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at our Marazanvose, Nr Truro premises.
Ideal candidates will understand the importance of attention to detail, combined with high organisational skills & computer literacy. Displaying a positive attitude and actively supporting the Company’s aims of achieving excellent customer satisfaction through our consistently high standards.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and courteously with a wide range of internal/external personnel.

About The Role
As an Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts receivable to include creating invoices, statement management and monitoring aged debtor.
- Accounts payable to include raising purchase orders, uploading invoices, reconciling statements and preparation for monthly payment runs.
- Client credit referencing
- Bank reconciliations
- Administering day-to-day accounting transactions
- Petty Cash Maintenance
- Assist with period end checks and transactions.
- Uploading data onto supplier portals
- Process customer and supplier orders, ensuring payments are correct and transactions finish smoothly.
- Processing Purchase Paperwork, Registration and Licensing Documentation, Finance Contracts and Invoicing
- Maintenance of company databases and systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £20,995.00 per year
