NWCare are recruiting a referrals administrator/receptionist for their busy Belfast branch, Jennymount Court, North Derby Street, Belfast BT15 3HN
JOB DESCRIPTION - RECEPTIONIST
Reception duties – meeting and greeting staff and visitors to NWCare
Answering calls, taking accurate messages and referring to relevant staff
Supporting relevant departments in administration
Photocopying documents
Administering PPE to staff
JOB DESCRIPTION - REFERRALS ADMINISTRATOR
The referrals administrator receives, records and processes brokerage and private referrals
Determines availability in conjunction with the area service manager, requests, receives, records, stores and collates supporting Service User documentation
Liaise closely with brokerage department and key workers to ensure needs are met in relation to availability of packages
Searching for and/or entering related data into the computerised information system
Responsible for receiving, recording and distribution of all documentation in relation to service users through a central referrals system
Education and Experience
- proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

ESSENTIAL
Full induction given
Proficient in IT systems – Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE
18 months in Referrals role
ECDL - other IT qualification
