Transport Coordinator

Wimbledon, London.
Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730
An exciting business supporting film & TV productions are looking to expand their transport team with two enthusiastic professionals looking to carve a rewarding career in the entertainment supply chain industry.
The successful Transport Coordinator Duties will involve:
- Assist with all route planning & coordination
- Administration duties; MOT's, Drivers compliance, POD's
- Update all necessary computer systems
- Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required
- Work your shift pattern; Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730

Required experience & characteristics
- Ideally, professional experience working for a busy B2B transport office
- Depending on the availability of the above, a professional communication style and background from a business to business service. This can be from either customer service or a position with operational responsibility
- Personality and able to build rapport with your clients and drivers
- A keen attitude and excited for your business & industry
