We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative (Transport Administrator)in our Manchester warehouse. You will provide a safe delivery and collection service to our customers. We have the technology to make your role easy with brand-new delivery app technology. We also provide great training across our products and a full on the job induction!
Shifts are Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings.
As a Transport Administrator you will work as part of a team to:
- Plan and organise the routes of deliveries and collections
- Carrying out inspections on the vehicles
- Ensuring policies such as (Tachograph, Towing, ADR regulations) are followed at all times
- Organising jobs per vehicle, and other targets for the transport team
What do you bring?
You’ll also need experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Experience of working in a warehouse administration/transport is beneficial but not essential
- You'll be a team player, with good communication and organisational skills
- You'll have experience of using Microsoft or Computer systems
