What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team in a contract role with the possibility for full-time placement. The primary focus of this role will be planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. This role has a hybrid work structure and will be based out of New York City, NY.
- Creative Briefs Ownership for retail marketing team- Marketing moments and Campaigns, Store openings, Product / brand launches, Media and advertising.
- Creative Project Management - Oversee and manage timelines and content/quality of work, Creative files and systems management, Partner with CL design studio and brand teams.
- Creative Production / Programming / Content Creation - Directly design work, mockups and slide decks, as needed for national retail marketing team, Assist with creation of campaigns, marketing moments and content for marcoms. Assist with program management and execution.
- State Based Social Media - Assist with creative and content creation, work on CL state-based socials. Help manage effort, and create content streams to populate feeds.
- Travel Requirements: 15-20%
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent in managing multiple projects with tight deliverables
- Ability to think strategically and out-of-the-box
- Persuasive when needed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using Canva and Photoshop, is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
