About the role
Corston is looking for a German Translator who will join Corston as we launch into Europe and provide translations from English approved copy to local language.
You will be translating assets from Corston.com, digital adverts, to product instructions. Attitude is fundamental. We are a lean team and aim to keep things simple and efficient to enable fast international growth.
Responsibilities
- Translate existing English content to German varying from website, digital adverts to instructions
- Work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing Department to deliver accurate translations on time
- Provide project updates of the current translation projects and expected delivery date
- Ensure consistency of language style to ensure it reads accurately and adheres to company tone of voice
About you
- Must be native German
- A good understanding of SEO and keyword implementation
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to produce the best-in-class local market translation
- Fluent writer in German and English
- Previous experience as a translator
- Experience of proofreading in Spanish
- A good understanding of SEO and keyword implementation
- Strong IT skills
