We are recruiting to a new exciting role of Finance Business Partner – Place in the Planning and Reporting team. This new role within Aspire Housing is part of the enhancement of the Finance team, whose purpose is to provide an exceptional service to the Place directorate and lead the team to provide a business partnering approach.
The Finance Business Partner - Place will be responsible for the production of the monthly and quarterly financial reports, budgets and forecasts and lead on the preparation of the business plan. The role will lead the Place Management Accounts team in providing tailored finance support, adding value to the team through continual review of processes to improve the effectiveness of the reporting for the Place team.

The successful candidate will hold an accountancy qualification (ACCA / CIMA) and will have experience of the following:
- Producing accounts in both management / statutory formats
- Production of budgets and forecasts.
- Management reporting, including detailed cost/price variance analysis to budget, efficiency/capacity reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Extensive knowledge of accounting systems and office applications including detailed formula’s pivot tables, look-ups and report writing Ability to analyse data and develop reporting frameworks to aid management decision making
With up to date knowledge of accountancy standards, you will be accustomed to working to strict deadlines and ensuring that all data is accurately recorded.
