Transformation Business Analyst

The postholders will support a range of projects within the Transformation programme helping USW to develop our functions, services and products to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders across the University. The successful candidates will work on new and existing projects, helping to understand any issues affecting our current processes, identifying future needs and helping to create effective and appropriate digital and business solutions.
Based at Pontypridd, with some home working, this role will provide you with a role where you can utilise your range of organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
