What’s the role?
Bray Leino is a leading integrated communications Agency that offers growth through creativenergy® – something you’ll need bags of as our new Social Media Creative (Copy).
You’ll be working in a team that lives and breathes social for our Clients. Alongside the Social Media Lead and a multi-skilled Social Media Content Creator (digital design), you’ll create monthly, weekly, even daily social content for a diverse bunch of brands.
It could be a thumb-stopping graphic for a famous bag of crisps, a TikTok promoting a new skincare regime, a food hack for an airfryer company, a serious LinkedIn announcement for a global energy behemoth, or a reactive tweet about the next big thing in cheese.
You’ll be happy throwing ideas around, helping bring them to life, taking care of the words, sharing your wares with Clients, and going again when necessary.
How and where?
We’re based in the beautiful South West, with its perfect balance of nature and culture. We’d love you to join us at our North Devon or Bristol offices Mondays and Tuesdays. You’re very welcome the rest of the week, or you can work from your own creative playpen at home.

How we hire
We keep things simple, so our recruitment process should be quick and pain-free- If we like your application, expect a call very soon
- You may need to visit us a couple of times to ensure you meet everyone you need to
- For some roles, we’ll likely ask you to show us your portfolio
