Bookings Coordinator
Bank Partners (part of Acacium Group)
Location: The Whittington Hospital / Islington
6 Months Fixed term contract
£24,000 basic salary + Quarterly bonus
Monday-Friday- 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working pattern with one day working from home and four days on site)
Shift patterns: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm

Due to business growth, we have an exciting job opportunity for a Bookings Coordinator to join the team. The team are dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience and work collaboratively to achieve fantastic results! You will put customer service at the heart of everything you do whilst managing the day-to-day activity of our staffing system.

Every day you will…
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients and engage in regular communication via phone and email
- Resolve incoming queries in a timely and professional manner
- Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
- Ensure information added to the internal databases are accurate and up-to-date
- Call potential candidates and book them into shifts
- Liaise with external agencies who will support with filling temporary healthcare shifts
- Manage the Bookings inbox on a daily basis and ensure queries are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring required compliance documentation is received and correct

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and be proficient with Microsoft packages (including Excel and Outlook)
