This exciting role in the Operations Planning Directorate is responsible for delivering a training plan which is robust and aligned to the changing needs of the business.
You will work closely with the resource planning team to develop and continually review the training plan, highlighting challenges and opportunities when they arise.
This mid-level role will be suited to a logical thinker with strong analytical skills. Your plan will be crucial to the success of the planning team and you will be working closely with stakeholders related to the business area you are supporting.
