We have an opportunity for a Training & Education Lead - Digital Transformation to join their team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week, with some travel required.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • The ability to demonstrate a successful track history with change & transformation training across a multi-site business
  • Previous use of a learning management system, ideally Totara or Moodle
  • The ability to build programmes which can be managed through an LMS with clear reporting
  • Build completion reports, ideally with expertise in excel or PowerBI
  • Comfort with managing multiple stakeholders in challenging environments, managing requests in an agile manner and a commitment to meeting the set deadlines

Duties of this role include:

  • Lead, design and manage a programme of training that supports a developing and growing digital transformation programme.
  • Work internally within the people development team and cross-functionally to deliver meaningful and practical training for digital transformation
  • Promote and adopt a digital-first approach for all training solutions
  • Lead and manage team members within the digital transformation training team
